The bulk of RSM's management experience has been in the exploration and development of gold deposits. In addition to the individuals indicated below, the company utilizes some of the more notable and experienced technical consultants in the mineral industry for specific technical support. These individuals act as advisors to the corporation and function as independent arms-length evaluators of the Company’s ongoing business.
Management Team
Roland M. Larsen, M.Sc. Geol.
President/CEO
Mr. Larsen provides more than 30 years' experience in the natural resources industry. Over the past decade he has managed several public exploration companies. Previously he was regional exploration manager with Utah International and BHP Minerals International Inc. He was also a senior geologist for NL Industries Inc. Mr. Larsen has worked with top consulting geologists and engineering firms including Derry, Michener & Booth and WGM. He is a member of the AIPG, SEG and AIME. Mr. Larsen holds a M.S. degree in geology from the University of Tennessee.
J. Allan Ringler
Director/CFO
Mr. Ringler has 20 years of experience providing corporate and financial services to public companies. He has been President of Allan Ringler Services Inc. since January 1989 and was previously a partner of Duguay & Ringler Corporate Services, a provider of corporate and financial services to public companies, from January 1989 until February 2006. Mr. Ringler co-founded Equity Transfer & Trust Company ("Equity Transfer"), a provider of transfer agent and corporate trust services, acting as its President from November 2002 to January 2006. He has been a director of Grey Horse Corporation, the parent company of Equity Transfer, since 2004 and is currently Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of GA Capital Corp., a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Mr. Ringler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada.
James B. Clancy
Director
Mr. James B. Clancy is presently Director - Finance for Techint E. & C. Canada, involved in a Joint Venture with R.B. Somerville Ltd for three sections of the Alberta Clipper Pipeline Project in Western Canada. James has been involved as General Manager and/or Chief Financial Officer in the pipeline construction business in Canada and overseas for over thirty years. He has an Honours Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Jim presently sits on the board and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GAL)(AIM:GAL).
Paul G. Smith
Director
Paul G. Smith is President and CEO of Grey Horse Corporation (TSX:GHC) and CEO of its principal subsidiary, Equity Transfer & Trust Company. Prior to GHC, Paul held management positions at BCE, served as Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister of Canada, and was an aide to the Ministers of External Affairs and International Cooperation. Paul holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MPA from Carleton University, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Ottawa. Paul sits on the boards of GHC, VIA Rail and the Atlantic Council. He is a member of the C.D. Howe Institute's Financial Services Research Initiative and Carleton University's School of Public Policy and Administration Leadership Council. Paul's other public company board positions include StorageVault Canada Inc.(TSX VENTURE:SVI), Podium Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:POD.P) and TayCon Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TYC.P).
George Duguay

George Duguay is a senior executive with experience in the technology, financial services and resource industries. Since 1988 he has been the President of G. Duguay Services Inc, a partner of Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (formerly known as Duguay & Ringler Corporate Services), a provider of corporate and financial administrative services to public companies. For the past 10 years, he has served as Director of Genesis Microchip Inc., the world's leading supplier of display image processors. Mr. Duguay is a Certified General Accountant, an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and has served as a board member for several private and public companies.
Kimberly R. Koerner
Director and treasurer
A financial analyst and consultant, Ms. Koerner has served as Royal Standard's treasurer for the past ten years. She is also secretary and treasurer of Sharpe Energy Company, a U.S. subsidiary of Sharpe Resources. She is a former assistant director of the National Association of Printing and Publishing Technology. Mrs. Koerner holds B.Sc. degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.
